September 15, 2023 - Susquehanna Steam Electric Station announced today that it has donated over $1,000,000 to the Berwick Area United Way through its annual Susquehanna/United Way Charity Golf Tournament. The $1,000,000 donation was cumulatively raised over the past 13 years through the event.

August 12, 2021 - Susquehanna Nuclear will test all sirens that are part of Susquehanna Steam Electric Station’s (“SSES”) Emergency Notification System on Thursday August 19 at 11 a.m. During the test, all sirens within a 10-mile radius of SSES will sound in a steady tone for approximately three minutes.
